What am I paying for?
A managed sourcing service: we structure your spec, match it against our Vietnam factory database, coordinate the RFQ in Vietnamese, normalize the replies, and hand you three contactable factories. You're paying for the workflow and the coordination — not for a list of names.
When do I pay?
Founding customers pay on delivery. If we don't deliver three matched, contactable factories for your product within 5 business days, you pay nothing. There's no subscription and no upfront fee.
What does the on-site assessment cover?
Once you shortlist a finalist, our inspector visits and produces an 8-dimension report: legal registration, facility, equipment, capabilities, certifications, export history, headcount, and quality system. It's included free for founding customers' launch projects.
Is supplier listing really free?
Yes. Listing your factory and requesting an assessment visit are completely free for suppliers. Better-matched buyers benefit everyone on the platform.
What's a managed RFQ?
Rather than giving you a contact email and leaving you to figure it out, FactoryChecks structures your requirements, sends a consistent RFQ to matched factories, tracks responses, and surfaces them in your dashboard.
How often will factories be re-assessed?
Assessed factories will be reviewed annually. We track certification expiry dates and flag profiles that need updating.
